Tony Blake

Tony Blake is a founding principal of V/T Commercial and one of Vermont’s most respected commercial real estate brokers, with more than 40 years of experience serving national, regional, and local clients. Licensed since 1986 and serving as the firm’s principal broker for 39 years, he has guided clients through hundreds of complex transactions spanning office, retail, industrial, and investment properties across the region.

Before entering commercial real estate, Blake owned and operated five full-service restaurants in northwestern Vermont — an entrepreneurial background that gives him a firsthand understanding of the operational and financial realities his clients face every day.

A committed community steward, Blake has volunteered and served on the boards of organizations including the Arthritis Foundation, First Night Burlington, the Vermont Children’s Trust Foundation, the King Street Youth Center, the Charlotte Children’s Center, and Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, among others. He holds a degree in Communications from the University of Vermont.
