Owner, founder, and Principal of V/T Commercial, Bill Kiendl is one of few Vermont commercial brokers who has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), after completing over 240 hours of graduate level courses in disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Bill’s nearly 30 years of experience have been focused on corporate representation with national clients such as: General Dynamics, Wells Fargo, General Growth Properties, FairPoint Communications, GE Healthcare, KeyBank, Norandex, Acadia Insurance, and more.
Kiendl graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont. He is active in many community organizations and spends his weekends boating, biking, skiing, golfing and spending time with his family.
