Linda Letourneau, V/T Commercial, announced two new leases at the Chace Mill, Burlington. Inntopia and the Northeast Region Organizing Project (American Federation of Teachers) signed one year leases with Catamount Holding Company. Letourneau assisted all parties in the leases.
Bill Kiendl of V/T Commercial announced that Maximus, Inc. renewed its 22,270 square foot lease at 101 Cherry Street, Burlington with BTC Mall Associates. Kiendl acted as a tenant representative in this renewal negotiation.
MVP Health Plan, Inc. is relocating its Williston offices to 62 Merchants Row, having signed a lease for 4,065 square feet with Taft Corners Associates, Inc. Tony Blake of V/T Commercial represented the tenant and Jeff Nick of JL Davis Realty represented the landlord.
Dedalus Wine Group will be opening a new retail location and wine bar at 388 Pine Street, Burlington in the fall. Construction of its new 5,625 square foot space is currently under way. Tony Blake and Chris Sherman of V/T Commercial assisted the tenant and the landlord, Unsworth Properties, in this lease.
Chris Sherman of V/T Commercial represented Vermont Furniture Galleries in its acquisition of the property located at 1021 US Route 302, Barre and the ongoing Novello, Inc. furniture business.
Everthine Bridal Boutique signed a three year lease to open a new bridal store above Ben & Jerry’s scoop shop at 34 Church Street, Burlington. This will be Everthine’s second store, with the original based out of Madison, Connecticut. The new store will be opening in early September.
