The campus includes two buildings totaling approximately 66,500 square feet of finished space as well as 8.28 acres. The properties will be sold via a solicitation for offers, which encourages any and all interested parties to submit proposals. There is no formal asking price for the properties, and any offers will be considered based upon price, terms, timing, qualifications of the bidder, and future use of the property.
