Tony Blake and Bill Kiendl are pleased to announce the sale of 40 IDX Drive, South Burlington, to North River Company. The sale included 15.36 acres and 225,000 square feet of full leased office space. The seller, GE Healthcare occupies approximately 85,000 square feet, and the University of Vermont Medical Center and VHB occupy the balance.
