As a fifth-generation Vermonter, Seth Davis brings a specialized focus to V/T Commercial, providing sophisticated solutions for commercial leasing, sales, and investment properties across the state. Seth combines a deep-rooted understanding of the Vermont landscape with proven success in real estate since 2018.

Seth’s approach is defined by a data-driven understanding of asset performance and market dynamics.  With firsthand experience as a landlord, Seth possesses an intimate understanding of income-producing properties. He provides expert guidance in both commercial leasing and sales.  Leveraging a background with global brands like Blizzard and Tecnica, Seth excels at fostering retail and commercial partnerships. He helps businesses navigate site selection and lease negotiations to ensure long-term operational success. Known for his innovative thinking, transparent communication and trust, Seth is dedicated to streamlining complex real estate transactions and securing favorable terms in Vermont’s competitive commercial market.

A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Seth’s professional journey spans from the outdoor industries of Lake Tahoe to international ventures in New Zealand. This global perspective, paired with his deep roots in Addison and Chittenden Counties, allows him to provide clients with a distinct competitive advantage when assessing regional opportunities.

Outside of work, Seth maintains an active lifestyle with skiing, biking, hiking and exploring Lake Champlain by boat.  He also competes on a corporate ski team at Bolton Valley and volunteers for a local youth ski program.
