| Owner
and founder of V/T Commercial, Bill Kiendl
is one of few Vermont commercial brokers who has earned the
designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM),
after completing over 240 hours of graduate level courses in
disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Bill specializes
in corporate representation and his extensive experience has
allowed him to act as exclusive representative for numerous
national clients, including Key Bank, Charter One Bank, General
Growth Properties, UBS PaineWebber, Eddie Bauer, Mutual of Omaha,
Nextel, and more. He also continues to service Vermont &
Burlington's largest commercial landlords & developers,
including Kevin Donohoe Associates, Investors Corporation of
Vermont, Howard Opera House Associates, Feeley Commercial Real
Estate and numerous others. Kiendl graduated with a BA in Economics
from the University of Vermont. His career in commercial real
estate career began in 1984. He is active in many community
organizations and spends his weekends boating, skiing, golfing,

Anthony Blake |
Owner, founder,
and principal broker of V/T Commercial, Tony Blake
brings an extensive and varied brokerage background to the
firm. An active commercial real estate broker since 1986,
his broad experience includes office, retail, industrial,
hospitality, and service brokerage. As an associate director
of the Corporate Services Group of the nationally recognized
firm of Grubb & Ellis, Blake became skilled at tenant
and corporate client representation. Some of his clients
have included IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Verizon, the University
of Vermont, AIG Insurance, MetLife, George Weston Bakeries,
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, the U.S. Marshalls Service,
and the General Services Administration of the United States
Government. He is a founding member of the Chittenden Commercial
Real Estate Association, and sat on its Board of Directors
for eight years from 1996 through 2004. Prior to commercial
real estate, Blake owned and operated five full-service
restaurants in northwestern Vermont. He graduated with numerous
honors from the University of Vermont, and has served on

Jed
Dousevicz |
| Jed
Dousevicz brings an extensive knowledge of real estate, small business management, and entrepreneurial skills to V/T Commercial. Prior to joining the firm as a commercial sales associate, Jed started and ran a successful niche commercial insurance agency, which he began in 1997. Prior to selling the business, he grew it into a well-known and respected insurance agency with sales in all of the northeastern states. He joined V/T Commercial with a strong knowledge in sales and construction due to his connection with his family's business, Dousevicz Inc. Jed graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BA in English and also served as the University's starting ice hockey goalie. He currently sits on the Vermont chapter of the National Home Builders Association acting as a board of director. Jed also is currently a board of director of the Run Vermont, Keybank Vermont City Marathon and also serves as an assistant coach of the South Burlington High School Boys Hockey Team. Brad
Worthen |
Brad
Worthen is a native Vermonter with roots extending back
four generations.He has an extensive and diverse business background
that provides the firm and its clients with a wealth of knowledge,
experience and expertise. Brad began in commercial broadcasting,
where he served 18 years in the industry working in both radio
and television management. For the next 12 years Brad owned
and operated Norrell/Spherion Staffing Services with franchise
offices in Burlington, VT, Portland, ME, and Providence, RI.Brad
then started a lobbying and transportation consulting firm that
worked closely with Vermont legislators and the Vermont Agency
of Transportation.
Most recently he served as the Director of Marketing for Vermont's
largest commercial and industrial developer, REM Development
Company, Williston, VT. Brad is also a residential developer
having permitted and completed the infrastructure for a 31 acre,
11 lot sub-division in Richmond, VT. Brad
currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake Champlain
Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past board member
of the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, and the King Street Youth
Center. Brad also served as president of the Medical Center
Hospital of Vermont Associates Board, the Kiwanis Club of
Chittenden County, the Vermont Ad Club and the Quality Council
of Greater Burlington.
Brad is an accomplished private pilot flying
for nearly 30 years. He enjoys downhill skiing and hiking
on Vermont's beautiful mountains. His primary residence is
in Richmond, VT and he enjoys a family tradition of a summer
cottage on Chebeague Island, Maine.
